Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook meals to order
  • ensure every dish is made consistently with quality and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and enhance cooking and stir-fry skills through practical training
  • maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • manage multiple tasks effectively during busy shifts
  • work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
  • keep the restaurant clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team each shift
  • meet physical demands including standing for prolonged periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • be at least 16 years old, making the role accessible to teenagers and those starting their careers
