Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- demonstrate physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
- obtain and maintain any required food safety certifications per local, state, and federal regulations
- possess availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior culinary experience required as training is provided
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- effective communication skills for teamwork
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is advantageous
Job Duties
- prepare noodle dishes and other menu items to order
- ensure each dish meets consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
- work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
- manage multiple tasks to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude, and willingness to support team members and contribute to a great work atmosphere
