Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • have availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds
  • obtain and maintain food safety certifications if required by law
  • possess basic communication skills
  • be willing to participate in training programs
  • demonstrate a positive and responsible attitude
  • comply with company standards for cleanliness and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to learn cooking techniques and use kitchen equipment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • strong attention to quality and presentation
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing
  • positive attitude and commitment to customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepare famous dishes and cook to order
  • ensure consistent quality and presentation of each dish
  • develop culinary techniques through practical training
  • work effectively in a dynamic team-oriented restaurant environment
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations on time
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant following food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to an excellent work environment
  • comply with physical demands of the job including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications as per local, state, and federal regulations
  • availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays is an advantage
  • be age 16 or older, suitable for teens or anyone seeking to develop new skills and start a career
