Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food preparation or cooking is advantageous but not mandatory due to provided training
  • good communication skills
  • teamwork and collaboration skills
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • commitment to uphold cleanliness and food safety standards
  • positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Job Qualifications

  • minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to meet physical job requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications as per local, state, and federal regulations
  • availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays is a plus

Job Duties

  • demonstrate culinary skills by preparing signature dishes and cooking to order
  • ensure each plate is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
  • develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
  • perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant following food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to an excellent work atmosphere
