- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend, twist, and reach
- ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- food safety certification as per local requirements
- age 16 or older
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- ability to learn cooking techniques with provided training
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds
- food safety certification or willingness to obtain as required by local regulations
- availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is an advantage
- age 16 or older
Job Duties
- prepare signature noodle dishes and cook meals to order
- ensure each plate meets quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- develop culinary techniques through hands-on training
- work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
- manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen following food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work atmosphere
