Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend, twist, and reach
  • ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • food safety certification as per local requirements
  • age 16 or older

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to learn cooking techniques with provided training
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • food safety certification or willingness to obtain as required by local regulations
  • availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is an advantage
  • age 16 or older

Job Duties

  • prepare signature noodle dishes and cook meals to order
  • ensure each plate meets quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • develop culinary techniques through hands-on training
  • work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen following food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work atmosphere
