Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain food safety certification
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required

  • No prior wok cooking experience required as training is provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow food safety regulations
  • Physical capability to meet job demands
  • Availability for night shifts, weekends and holidays is an advantage
  • Minimum age of 16 years

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook noodle dishes to order demonstrating culinary skills
  • Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality and good presentation
  • Develop and refine cooking techniques through practical training
  • Work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment emphasizing collaboration and communication
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen complying with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
  • Comply with physical demands of the role including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds and performing routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state and federal regulations
