Job Requirements

Job Duties

- Ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
- Follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
- Learn and improve cooking and stir-fry skills through practical training
- Maintain pace during high-demand periods and support efficient kitchen flow
- Work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment where communication is key
- Handle multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
- Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
- Use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized following food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team each shift
- Meet physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and routine tasks
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications as per local, state, and federal regulations
