Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays is preferred
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain food safety licenses as required by local, state, and federal regulations
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • No prior cooking experience required as training will be provided

Job Qualifications

  • Prior culinary experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to obtain any required food safety certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare signature noodle dishes and cook to order
  • Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
  • Develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
  • Work in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment with strong communication and collaboration
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, complying with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
