Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
- ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
- follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures precisely
- learn and refine cooking and sauté skills through hands-on training
- maintain pace during peak hours and support efficient kitchen flow
- work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
- manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
- work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
- use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
- keep the restaurant clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude, and willingness to support the team each shift
- comply with physical demands such as standing for prolonged periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
- obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
