Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate responsibility
- Availability for flexible scheduling including part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and food safety regulations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Ability to handle physical requirements of the position including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Demonstrate culinary skills by preparing and cooking signature dishes to order
- Ensure each dish is prepared consistently with quality and good presentation
- Develop and refine cooking techniques through practical training
- Perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant while complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- Exhibit responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
