Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook meals to order
- Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation
- Follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
- Learn and hone cooking and stir-fry skills through paid training
- Maintain pace during peak hours and support efficient kitchen flow
- Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with strong communication
- Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy shifts
- Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
- Use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized, complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support the team
- Meet physical requirements including standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to regulations
- Be at least 16 years old, suitable for teenagers or anyone interested in developing culinary skills and beginning a career
