Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures precisely
  • learn and refine cooking and wok skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during peak hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
  • work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
  • keep the restaurant clean and organized, complying with food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude, and willingness to support the team each shift
  • meet physical requirements which may include prolonged standing, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • be at least 16 years old to qualify for this position
