Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- have the ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 55 pounds
- availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- willing to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications as per local regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- reliable and punctual
- have a positive attitude and willingness to support team members
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to learn cooking techniques and use kitchen equipment effectively
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- basic physical fitness to meet job demands
- fluency in English or Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory
- willingness to obtain necessary food safety certifications
Job Duties
- prepare signature dishes and cook to order
- ensure dishes are made with consistency, quality, and good presentation
- develop culinary techniques through hands-on training
- work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
- multitask efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
- maintain a clean and organized restaurant while complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
- comply with physical job requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, and lifting up to 55 pounds
- obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
