Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- no prior cooking or wok experience required but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn is essential
- basic food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
- ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of each dish
- follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
- learn and refine cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
- maintain pace during high demand periods and support efficient kitchen flow
- work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
- manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
- work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
- use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
- keep the restaurant clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude and willingness to support the team each shift
- meet physical job requirements including standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
- obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications as per local, state, and federal regulations
