Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to perform routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications per local, state, and federal regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- No prior cooking experience required as training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Demonstrate culinary skills by preparing and cooking menu items to order
- Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
- Develop and refine culinary techniques through practical training
- Perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant in compliance with food safety standards
- Exhibit responsibility, a positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
