Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
- ensure consistent quality and presentation of meals
- follow recipes and standard preparation procedures accurately
- learn and master stir-fry and cooking skills through paid training
- maintain efficiency during peak hours and support kitchen flow
- work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
- manage multiple tasks during busy shifts
- operate kitchen equipment, timers, and basic systems
- keep the restaurant clean and organized following food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude, and willingness to support the team
- comply with physical job requirements including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds
- obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses and certifications
- adhere to all local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- be at least 16 years old
