Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years old
  • availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • willingness to comply with local, state, and federal food safety regulations
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • prepare our famous dishes and cook them to order
  • ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
  • develop and perfect cooking techniques through hands-on training
  • perform in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment emphasizing collaboration and communication
  • effectively manage multiple tasks to meet customer expectations promptly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, complying with food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
