Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- willingness to comply with local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties
- prepare our famous dishes and cook them to order
- ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
- develop and perfect cooking techniques through hands-on training
- perform in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment emphasizing collaboration and communication
- effectively manage multiple tasks to meet customer expectations promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
