Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks required in a restaurant setting
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain food safety certification as required by regulations
  • Commitment to teamwork and positive workplace culture
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous culinary or food service experience is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to develop culinary skills quickly through provided training
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh noodle dishes and cook to order
  • Ensure each dish is prepared consistently with high quality and good presentation
  • Develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
  • Work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations timely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen according to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team
  • Comply with physical demands including standing long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Obtain and maintain required food safety licenses and certifications
  • Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays is a plus
