Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Availability for flexible part-time hours
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment
- Ability to obtain necessary food safety certifications
- Positive and responsible work attitude

Job Duties
- Demonstrate culinary skills by preparing and cooking Noodles & Company dishes on demand
- Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
- Develop and enhance culinary techniques through practical training
- Perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment with strong communication and collaboration
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant according to food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to an excellent work environment
