Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Availability for flexible part-time hours
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment
  • Ability to obtain necessary food safety certifications
  • Positive and responsible work attitude

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate culinary skills by preparing and cooking Noodles & Company dishes on demand
  • Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
  • Develop and enhance culinary techniques through practical training
  • Perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment with strong communication and collaboration
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant according to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to an excellent work environment
