Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Availability for flexible part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to obtain necessary food safety and health certifications according to local regulations
- Reliable and punctual
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills in English or willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn and operate cooking equipment such as woks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Willingness to develop culinary skills through hands-on training

- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency

Job Duties
- Prepare signature noodle dishes and cook to order
- Ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and good presentation
- Develop and refine cooking techniques through practical training
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
- Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet customer expectations promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team
- Meet physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and routine restaurant tasks
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
- Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays is a plus
- Be at least 16 years old to apply
