Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Ability to work safely with kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team daily

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No prior cooking experience required as paid training is provided
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and food safety standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • Ensure each dish is prepared consistently with quality and attention to presentation
  • Follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • Learn and refine cooking and stir-frying skills through hands-on training
  • Maintain pace during peak hours and support an efficient kitchen flow
  • Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
