Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Available to work part-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform typical restaurant duties
  • Willingness to obtain necessary food safety certification
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive and responsible work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
  • Willingness to learn cooking techniques including stir-frying
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and reliability
  • Ability to manage multiple duties in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare famous noodle dishes and cook them to order
  • Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
  • Develop and refine culinary techniques through practical training
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant following food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team
  • Fulfill physical job requirements such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks
  • Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays is an advantage
  • Be at least 16 years old
