Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, turn, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to perform routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard operating procedures accurately
  • learn and improve cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace and support efficient kitchen flow during high demand periods
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
