Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- availability to work flexible part-time shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- willingness to obtain and maintain any food safety certifications as mandated by local, state, and federal laws
- ability to perform routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
- possess a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- capability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior cooking experience required as training is provided
- ability to follow instructions and learn new culinary techniques
- good communication and teamwork skills
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred
- food safety certification obtained or willing to obtain as required
- must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- demonstrate culinary skills by preparing and cooking dishes to order
- ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and proper presentation
- develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
- work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key
- manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area while complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
