Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Ability to obtain and maintain food safety certification or license as required

Job Duties
- Demonstrate culinary skills by preparing and cooking signature dishes to order
- Ensure each plate is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
- Develop and refine cooking techniques through hands-on training
- Work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are essential
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to an excellent work environment
- Fulfill physical requirements of the job such as standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
- Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays is an advantage
