Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Available to work part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to obtain and maintain food safety certification as required by local, state, and federal regulations
  • Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and reliability
  • Must legally be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Willingness to learn culinary skills and use kitchen equipment including woks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • No prior experience required as training is provided
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Prepare our famous dishes and cook them to order
  • Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
  • Develop and refine culinary techniques through practical training
  • Work in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • Maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support team members and contribute to an excellent work environment
