Job Duties
- Prepare fresh, made-to-order noodle dishes using culinary skills
- Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and good presentation
- Develop and refine cooking techniques through practical training
- Work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment emphasizing collaboration and communication
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
- Meet physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
- Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays is a plus
- Be at least 16 years old, making it a great job for teens or anyone starting their career.
