Job Qualifications

  • no prior experience with stir-fry pans required as paid training is provided

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and refine cooking and stir-fry techniques through paid training
  • maintain pace during busy periods and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with key communication
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
  • work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
  • keep the restaurant clean and organized, following food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team in every shift
  • comply with physical requirements such as prolonged standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
