Job Requirements

  • at least 16 years of age
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to bend, twist, and reach
  • ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to perform routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • availability for part-time work including flexible scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • no prior cooking experience required as paid training is provided
  • ability to follow recipes and safety procedures
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to meet job demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • food safety certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • prepare fresh ingredients and cook meals to order
  • ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of each dish
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and improve cooking and stir-frying skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during high-demand periods and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with clear communication
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet expectations during busy shifts
