Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Availability for part-time shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Obtain and maintain any required food safety certifications
  • Willingness to learn culinary skills and undergo training
  • Commitment to working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • No prior cooking experience necessary as training is provided
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Basic multitasking and time management abilities
  • Commitment to responsibility and collaboration in a team setting

Job Duties

  • Prepare signature dishes a la carte with culinary skill
  • Ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and presentation
  • Develop and refine cooking techniques through practical training
  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-driven restaurant environment
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet customer expectations on time
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization complying with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Show responsibility, positivity, and willingness to assist team members
  • Meet physical demands of the role including prolonged standing and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications
  • Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays is a plus
