Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is preferred
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards
  • Obtain and maintain food safety certification as required
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • No prior professional cooking experience required
  • Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation principles is a plus
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in food preparation
  • Physical ability to meet job demands including standing, bending, lifting and other kitchen tasks
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare famous dishes and cook on demand
  • Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality and good presentation
  • Develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
  • Work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude and willingness to support team and contribute to a great work environment
  • Fulfill physical requirements of the job including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds and performing routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state and federal regulations
  • Availability for night, weekend and holiday shifts is an advantage
