Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability for evenings and weekends including Friday evenings and Saturdays
- Capability to work in both hot and cold outdoor conditions
- Ability to stand and be active for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and protocols
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Preferred availability: evenings and weekends including Friday evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand and be active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 40 lbs, and use basic cleaning equipment
- Team player willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers
- Passion for movies and entertainment
Job Duties
- Greet and engage with all guests in a friendly, positive manner
- Maintain safe, secure, and sanitary area and equipment
- Adhere to standardized recipes and department rules and procedures
- Work outdoors in both the heat and cold
- Follow opening, closing, and cleaning checklists daily
- Ensure guests have proper ID and are over 21, and do not serve intoxicated patrons
- Clean and close down spaces according to procedures
- Stock glasses, liquors, beers, and wines
- Prepare spaces for private events including moving chairs, setting up tables, and preparing water pitchers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
