Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of company orientation
- Completion of food safety and sanitation training upon hire
- Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work well with customers and stay attentive to their needs
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to specified limits
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures consistently

Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service
- Take orders from customers by telephone or in person
- Answer customer questions regarding products and assist them with selections
- Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh products effectively
- Slice, package, label, rotate, and cull products for poor quality
- Assist in technical areas such as basic set-up and clean-up processes
- Use suggestive selling techniques and basic product knowledge to meet customer needs and build department sales
