The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, food products, and other brand assets to run the restaurant. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
