Job Requirements

1+ years experience in customer service
Working understanding of nutrition values and ingredients
Advanced communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Organization and planning skills
Computer skills
Reading and writing skills
Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively
Ability to maintain a smile, even when balancing multiple priorities
Completion of Alcohol Seller Training / Cash Handling training upon hire

Job Qualifications

1+ years experience in customer service
Experience in restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
Working understanding of nutrition values and ingredients
Advanced communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Organization and planning skills
Computer skills
Reading and writing skills
Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively
Ability to maintain a smile, even when balancing multiple priorities
Completion of Alcohol Seller Training / Cash Handling training upon hire

Job Duties

Builds strong relationships with customers in varying situations
Takes orders from customers
assists with menu and beverage selections, including alcoholic beverages
Provides detailed information on menu items and specials, and beer and wine
Serves food, drink, and products to guests
Processes cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly
Uses suggestive selling techniques and merchandises effectively to meet guest needs and build department sales
Interacts positively with customers in person, on the phone, or through technology
Assists with catering orders as needed
Addresses complaints
resolves problems in a way that builds relationships
Models teamwork to ensure a great guest experience
Prepares, packages, merchandises product
Assists in technical areas as needed
Ensures compliance with TABC regulations
Ensures compliance with department and Store standard operating procedures
Buses and cleans tables
performs deep clean of dining, ordering, bar areas, as needed
Maintains beverage station and bar areas
Maintains sanitation in food, beverage prep areas and display cases
Properly handles, operates, and maintains equipment
Performs other duties as assigned
