Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- experience in restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- completion of alcohol seller training and cash handling training upon hire
- ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
- ability to work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
- ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- ability to constantly reach at waist and grasp
- frequently be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic materials
- frequently stand and walk
- occasionally reach overhead, at shoulder, knee and floor
- bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, twist, push, pull with arms, pinch, perform fine motor movements
- occasionally be exposed to heat, ambient temperatures, and loud noise
- demonstrate ability to lift 50 lbs and manage in excess of 50 lbs with safe lifting practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- experience with restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred

Job Duties
- Builds strong relationships with customers in varying situations
- takes orders from customers
- assists with menu and beverage selections including alcoholic beverages
- provides detailed information on menu items and specials, and beer and wine
- serves food, drink, and products to guests
- processes cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly
- uses suggestive selling techniques and merchandises effectively to meet guest needs and build department sales
- interacts positively with customers in person, on the phone, or through technology
- assists with catering orders as needed
- addresses complaints and resolves problems in a way that builds relationships
- models teamwork to ensure a great guest experience
- prepares, packages, merchandises product
- assists in technical areas as needed
- ensures compliance with TABC regulations
- ensures compliance with department and Store standard operating procedures
- buses and cleans tables
- performs deep clean of dining, ordering, bar areas, as needed
- maintains beverage station and bar areas
- maintains sanitation in food and beverage prep areas and display cases
- properly handles, operates, and maintains equipment
- performs other duties as assigned
