- completion of food safety and sanitation training upon hire

Job Duties
- Provides superior customer service
- takes orders from customers by telephone or in person
- answers customer questions regarding products
- assists with selections
- prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh product daily
- slices, packages, labels, rotates, and culls products for poor quality
- assists in technical areas as needed such as baking, frying, decorating, or equipment operation
- uses suggestive or advanced selling techniques to meet customer needs and build sales
- cleans and sanitizes display cases
- operates and maintains equipment properly
- complies with food safety and sanitation standards
- complies with department and store operating procedures
- manages inventory and ordering systems
- performs all sanitation and maintenance tasks for equipment
- trains other Partners (specialist role)
- provides product demos and education
- ensures catering orders are prepared and ready
