Job Requirements
- Previous merchandising experience preferred
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license
- Willingness to work full-time schedule Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs consistently
- Must be able to work independently and manage own route
- Must adhere to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 3 years driving experience required
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in customer service or minimum 1 year related experience
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license ensuring safe vehicle operation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Ability or willingness to operate material handling equipment such as box trucks and handcarts
- Able to work independently and unsupervised for 98 percent of the workday
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment to maintenance
- Ensure truck is properly loaded with products prior to each route
- Inform clients and customers of new products or services and resolve complaints
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue materials to customers
- Be accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received and product
- Conduct inventory reconciliation according to district procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized and perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
