Job Requirements
- previous customer service experience preferred
- previous route driving experience preferred
- previous merchandising experience preferred
- must be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- valid non-CDL class C driver's license
- able to work independently unsupervised
- willing to learn material handling equipment
Job Qualifications
- 3 years driving experience required
- preferred 1-2 years experience in customer service or minimum 1 year related experience
- valid non-CDL class C driver's license
- ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- able to work independently and unsupervised for 98% of the workday
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market
- provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment
- conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment
- ensure truck is properly loaded with all products before daily route
- inform regular clients of new products or services and resolve complaints
- set up merchandise and sales promotion displays
- accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product
- conduct inventory reconciliation as per district procedures
- keep company vehicle clean and organized
- perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- perform all job functions safely and professionally
- perform other duties as assigned
