Job Requirements

- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable and responsible for route management
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and operate material handling equipment
- Ability to work independently most of the time
Job Qualifications
- 3 years driving experience required
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in customer service or minimum 1 year related experience
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- Able to work independently and unsupervised 98 percent of the workday
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment when necessary
- Ensure truck is properly loaded prior to route
- Inform clients and customers of new products or services and resolve complaints
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or distribute sales materials
- Manage all receipts of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received and product
- Conduct inventory reconciliation according to district procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and organize pre and post trip inspections
- Perform all job functions safely and professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
