Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years driving experience
- Valid non-CDL class C driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Willingness to learn material handling equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised 98% of the workday
- Must maintain a clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- Three years driving experience required
- Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position or minimum 1 year related experience
- Valid non-CDL class C driver’s license ensuring safe operation of company vehicles
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn operation of material handling equipment such as box trucks and handcarts
- Able to work independently and responsible for own route
- Strong commitment to customer service and professional conduct
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment as necessary
- Ensure truck is properly loaded with all products required for the day’s route
- Inform clients and customers of new products or services and resolve service complaints
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotional materials to customers
- Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and product
- Conduct inventory reconciliation according to district procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized with pre and post trip inspections
- Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
