Job Requirements
- No experience necessary
- willing to train
- valid non-CDL Class C driver's license unless otherwise indicated by state
- must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- able to work independently
- availability to work full time schedule including Sundays through Thursdays, Mondays through Fridays, and some Saturdays
- ability to safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws
Job Qualifications
- 3 years driving experience required
- preferred 1-2 years experience in customer service or minimum 1 year related experience
- valid non-CDL Class C driver's license unless otherwise indicated by state
- must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised 98% of the work day
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market
- provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and other related equipment
- conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment
- ensure truck is properly loaded each day to service all scheduled markets
- inform clients and customers of new products or services and listen to resolve complaints
- set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales materials
- accountable for goods receipt, invoices, delivery tickets, cash and product
- conduct inventory reconciliation according to district procedures
- keep company vehicle clean and organized and perform vehicle pre & post trip inspections
- perform all job functions safely and professionally
- perform other duties as assigned
