Job Requirements
- Previous driving or delivery experience preferred
- Valid non-CDL Class C driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability or willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment
- Must be able to work independently and unsupervised for most of the workday
- Reliable and professional
- Customer service oriented
Job Qualifications
- 3 years driving experience required
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year related experience
- Valid non-CDL Class C driver’s license unless otherwise indicated by state
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- Able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised 98% of the work day
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and other related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment
- Ensure truck is properly loaded with all required products prior to route
- Inform clients of new products or services and resolve service complaints
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales materials
- Accountable for all goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and products
- Conduct inventory reconciliation according to district procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized, perform pre and post trip inspections
- Perform all job functions safely and professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
