Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid non-CDL class C driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- No prior experience required as training will be provided
Job Qualifications
- Three years driving experience required
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in customer service or related field
- Valid non-CDL class C driver’s license ensuring safe operation of company vehicles
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- Able to work independently and responsible for route with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment to maintenance
- Ensure proper loading of truck with products before each route
- Inform clients and customers of new products or services and resolve service complaints
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays
- Accountable for receipts, delivery tickets, cash collected, and product inventory
- Conduct inventory reconciliation according to district procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized and perform pre and post trip inspections
- Perform all job functions safely and professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
