The Micro-cleaner role at Controlled Contamination Services is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) laboratory settings. This part-time position involves working specific schedules to ensure the stringent cleaning protocols are meticulously followed. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines
  • continually monitor cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly
  • participate in continuous training including cGMP training, technical skills, safety, and performance improvement
  • maintain detailed document control adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices
  • micro-clean all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors
  • follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation
  • identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions
  • review changes to cGMP documentation and re-train accordingly
  • assist in cross-training other personnel
  • read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • write simple correspondence
  • effectively present information to customers, clients, and colleagues
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
