Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid Class B CDL or Class A CDL with Haz-Mat, tanker, and Airbrake endorsements
- maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card, and endorsements
- no more than two traffic convictions or accidents in last three years
- no DUI within last seven years
- ability to work in a drug-free environment
- ability to regularly lift 75 lbs and move over 125 lbs with equipment
- minimum one year CDL driving experience in last five years or proof of certificate of completion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid Class B CDL and/or Class A CDL with Haz-Mat endorsement, tanker endorsement, and no air brake restriction
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- ability to perform basic math calculations
- ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- knowledge of MS Outlook, Gmail, and Android-based tablets
Job Duties
- Provide good customer service to customers
- present themselves in a professional manner
- complete truck inspection reports
- maintain a thorough driver's log book
- perform pre and post trip truck inspections and complete necessary paperwork
- load the route vehicle daily
- pass all company issued exams with 70% or better
- operate forklift
- prepare reports and paperwork compliant with FDA rules and company policies
- work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- use liquid carbon dioxide hose and fill gun for deliveries
