Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working with children and in retail or customer service
- ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
- capability to bend, lift, carry, and reach
- ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders safely
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple events and administrative tasks
- must comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- must be able to uphold company's safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by fostering a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
- manage party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- create backup or emergency plans for events
- ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout service
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unload and stocking duties
- maintain merchandise recovery and store appearance
- support shrink and safety programs
- follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with guests and team members
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in store cleanliness activities
