Job Requirements

- Minimum of two years customer service experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good command of written and verbal communication
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Home office environment that is noise and distraction free
- Basic technical skills for setting up equipment and troubleshooting

Job Duties
- Operate telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all callers
- Accurately connect callers to the appropriate destinations
- Escalate consumer concerns across different communication channels
- Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, department leads/supervisors, and managers
- Work from a home office environment that is noise and distraction free
- Set up equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when needed
