Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facility cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Ability to safely climb and work from a 6-foot ladder
- Ability to work in wet, humid, and cold environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong organizational skills to follow cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors in all designated areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, cafeteria, offices, stairwells, and production areas
- Clean and sanitize furniture, shelves, work surfaces, walls, baseboards, and all high-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, and railings
- Clean and sanitize walls, partitions, and other vertical surfaces removing grease, stains, and scuff marks
- Clean and disinfect restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and countertops
- Restock hand wash station supplies such as soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels ensuring they are adequately stocked
- Remove trash and replace liners in all waste receptacles ensuring proper disposal of waste materials and adherence to recycling guidelines
- Clean glass surfaces including windows and mirrors
- Clean walls, railings, stairwells, and door frames focusing on frequently touched surfaces and areas prone to dirt accumulation
- Wipe down and sanitize plastic gondolas and cleaning bins ensuring they are free from contamination
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations including correct use of PPE
- Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with facility guidelines
