Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or dishroom work beneficial but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- valid work authorization
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly

Job Duties
- maintain and sanitize dishwashing equipment according to health standards
- sort dishes and kitchen equipment based on specifications and operational needs
- lift and carry heavy loads of dishes and equipment
- push and pull carts or bins holding dishes for distances up to 500 feet
- stand, bend, and move intermittently for shifts lasting eight or more hours
- adhere strictly to workplace rules, health, and safety regulations
- respond flexibly to changing priorities and high-pressure work conditions
